This is Daisuke Inazawa, representative of INA&Associates Co., Ltd. INA has now reached its 5th anniversary. Taking this milestone as a meaningful opportunity, I would like to look back at the origins of INA's founding and share those thoughts with all of you.

Why was INA&Associates founded?

The origin of INA's founding lies in witnessing many people in the real estate industry who were "not fairly evaluated or rewarded."

Over many years working in the real estate industry, I have seen countless people who work diligently on the ground yet are not properly recognized. In particular, the construction and property management industries are characterized by multi-layered general contractor and subcontractor structures, which make it difficult to see and evaluate the contributions of those working hard in the field.

The reality existed that people with genuine technical skill and track records were unable to receive appropriate compensation or recognition due to opaque transaction structures. Confronting these industry challenges, the strong desire to "create a society where people who work hard are properly rewarded" became the founding principle of INA.

Together with like-minded colleagues who shared this vision, we defined our corporate mission as "creating a system in which effort is fairly evaluated and rewarded."

What vision was established at the time of founding?

INA's founding vision is "to build a platform where hardworking people are rewarded."

Regardless of location, environment, or background, we sought to provide an environment where those who strive can fully demonstrate their abilities and be fairly evaluated. We aim for INA's services and systems to become a vehicle that opens pathways to happiness and success for all who are involved with us.

What does INA seek to achieve through its business?

What INA seeks to achieve through its business is the transformation of opaque industry structures and the creation of an environment where all talent can demonstrate their abilities.

In response to opaque and multi-layered industry structures, we are increasing transparency through clear referral fee frameworks and the visualization of business processes. By eliminating unclear fee structures between general contractors and subcontractors and establishing a fair and transparent transactional environment, we are building a system in which technical skill and expertise are properly recognized.

Additionally, we leverage technology to promote ways of working unconstrained by location or environment, enabling talent from various backgrounds—whether rural or urban, young or experienced—to fully utilize their abilities. We place particular emphasis on utilizing regional talent, providing opportunities for exceptional talent to thrive beyond geographical limitations.

Furthermore, we actively invest in individual growth, supporting employees in leveraging their personal strengths to enhance their careers and market value. We believe that individual growth also drives improvements in corporate value, creating a virtuous cycle.

What kind of growth does INA aspire to in the future?

Alongside business expansion, INA aims for a form of growth in which each individual can feel a sense of happiness.

We believe it is important to cultivate an organizational culture where people with diverse values and backgrounds can collaborate with one another. In addition to further improving transparency and efficiency across the entire industry through the use of technology, we will continue to invest generously in talent and build an environment where employees can feel their own growth.

Aspiring to grow into a company where everyone connected to INA can feel both economic and emotional fulfillment, we will continue to create new value while contributing to the resolution of social challenges—never losing sight of the spirit with which we were founded.
